We went for a long jog today, from our house down to the beach. (Long for me at this point in my life.) I jogged too long and ended up walking the whole way back. Actually, I walked about 3/4 of the way back and then called Dan! LOL. My back started hurting so I thought I should take it easy. We were out there for 2 hours and Sofia had a nice long rest!
